Bring Your Own Videos to Otaniemi Pop Up Living Room! 7.5. 18:00
Bring Your Own Videos Open Screening invites any and all filmmakers, video artists, veejays, vloggers, enthusiasts and remixers to present their works, hobbyists and professionals alike.
The screening will be held inside the OUBS facilities during the Otaniemi Pop Up Living Room event, Thursday May 7th. The entire evening will be dedicated to watching, discussing and commentary of moving images.
Bring your work on a USB memory device (Windows formatted) before the screening, starting from 18:00. The screening starts at 19:00. After each video the author is allowed to mention a few things of their work, after which everyone is encouraged to comment on the piece. It's a great chance to get feedback of work-in-progress or finished pieces!

Vanha talvitie 9 A, Helsinki. Open Tue - Thu 12:00 - 16:00 and by appointment. Finnish films -related material and special exhibitions, magic lanterns and other "optical toys" (mutoscope, zoetrope etc.), small-scale-model of "Pepper´s Ghost" -illusion etc. The museum will not be there after this spring so hurry to see it´s wonders. Free entry.
